I’ve stayed here multiple times. Never had an issue till this stay. Mentioned my displeasure at check out, asking for a call from management. I did not receive one, so here goes a bad review! The stench when we opened the door, hit us hard! We checked in late and had to leave in a few hours, so felt with it. They must have been aware of the issue, as the window was wide open. A massive amount of hair was behind the bathroom door, I got to enjoy a bath while showering. That room should never be given to a guest.

Property and room were very clean. The staff were excellent. The complementary breakfast at Whitespot was great. Would definatly stay here agan. The only thing I didnt like was the area was a bit noisy but that is not the hotels fault.
