The hotel is very conveniently located along the highway really great dining options along the road. The highlight of the hotel is actually the staff 20 at the front entrance was so kind and so nice gave us great suggestions of things to check out and then breakfast in the morning was your standard continental but the staff that was running in the morning was equally as kind very quick to restock items and to make sure that people had a good night and knew where they’re going, etc.

We reserved a room to accommodate 5, but on check in were told that they gave our room away so we had to fit in a room for 4 (with one child on a cot we brought with us luckily). Someone was smoking indoors. TV was small and very dark so hard to see.

Great stay. Nice room, clean bathroom, friendly staff. Loved the sustainability features of soap pumps, body wash, shampoo pumps to reduce waste, and free breakfast using all dishwater to reduce single use throw away waste. Will come back because of these efforts.

It is easy to access from the highway. Room was clean. Hot tub room was clean. We greatly appreciated having the third bed. Staff were friendly. The food at the Grizzly Food Shack was yummy. Breakfast was good. Muffins, toasy, croissants, yogurt, coffee, etc . Only dislike was walking through smoke from smokers that were seated outside the exit in the patio area. We would stay here again

This was the best place I stayed on my visit to BC. The front deck gentleman was very personable and friendly. Hewas very accomodating putting on the firepit when the sun went down.I would definitely stay at this lovely place again.
