I booked a room here based on some good reviews I read. Based on my experience I will NOT stay here again. Older hotel rebranded many times. One bed had a sunken hole in the middle, and thr other was slanted and very uncomfortable. The bathroom is extremely small. The AC was burning hot. Called for maintenance. Guy shows up with a metal rod like he knew exactly what thr problem was, and he did! He had to kickstart thr blower fan and said oh sometimes it gets stuck. NICE! Worked ok after that. Room smelled like musty socks and old lady perfume. Was a quick 1-nighter on our trip to the US. Breakfast had more offerings than expected, but wasnt amazing. As we went to leave, we exited the side door closest to our room and immediately outside my daughter stepped in someones vomit from the night/early morning hours. Real nice. Never again.

We stayed in the tower room on top floor, wedding going on , a bit noisy in hall at times, but nothing excessive. Room great , above average for value. Would have stayed on way back but was about 35% more that day so we opted for a less expensive hotel.

Breakfast was very tasty and abundant. Gym and pool were great but hot tub was removed and sauna was not hot. Room was comfy and clean, room service was slow. Hotel is starting to look dated. In great area to walk to restaurants.

False advertising meant that I didn’t get what I paid for. The “suite” was so tiny and only had stand up shower which wasn’t what I had booked. There were no bathrobes as promised in my booking and the tv was NOT the size they advertised, it was so tiny! I got better room elsewhere for way less.

Lobby was beautiful; but our room was terrible — you could hear people talking quietly in the adjacent rooms and hallway, no functioning AC, noisy bathroom fan. No hand soap, shower gel was watered down. Only dining was in an outside patio (super windy day which made the patio non-practical) or room service. I expected a lot more for the price.

Arrived late due to construction and traffic issues and were welcomed with a free upgrade to a very nice room where I could park my vehicle right outside the window. Great staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and comfortable.

I really had a massage and thoroughly enjoyed it. I used the patio as an option for a meal out and didn't have to worry about driving. Front desk was very helpful and copied a map for me to get to Crystal falls as well as other attractions. What I didn't like were the curtains! I couldn't close them due to the hoops.

Great place to stay!

Very happy with our stay. The room was clean and spacious with a large bathroom, divided living room and bedroom area. Pool was clean. Continental breakfast was delicious. I’d stay there again.

Our room was quite spacious and staff amazing . The room was however dirty . There were socks under the couch and crumps of food under the beds and couch . Everything else was great except the cleanliness .
