The pictures of the property and surrounding area are a bit deceiving. This is maybe a 2 star hotel. Though I would say the staff at the reception were courteous and friendly. I would not recommend this hotel if you have to pay more than $80USD a night. It is not worth it.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was again amazing. The hotel is quiet, clean and the staff is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Thunder Bay.

Had multiple problems with payment and my credit card during and after our stay, multiple charges i did not make and had to settle it with bank, i highly suggest going to the howard johnson instead same price but without the fraud.

Location is ideal. Super close to the waterfront - easy access to public transportation and we loved exploring the restaurants, etc around St. Paul street & red river road

This hotel is newly renovated and is very cool and trendy. They did an excellent job! The staff was great and the breakfast and breakfast area were fantastic. The area doesn't seem the best but the security was very good. The only complaint was the hvac in the room. It was very loud and couldnt seem to be adjusted. We will definitely stay here again.
