The room we stayed in was quite grimy feeling. The carpets were gross, the shower/tub was something I did not want to step into, and there was a stain on my bedsheets. I did request a pet friendly room, but definitely did not feel worth the money I paid to stay here. Good location and nice staff though.

Was in need of face lift at the least. Bathroom door didn't close. Said they had a pool and thats why i booked there but the pool was undergoing renovations. The renovations didn't just start so they should have updated the pool status to no pool. Was no offer of compensation for not having a pool the kids were very upset. Rushed to get there early for the pool. Overall was painful process

Staff was great, addressed my concerns. There was an attached gym and I exercised on two of the days I was there. Unfortunately I have stayed a few times and the hot tub seems to be always under repair. was not working . The restaurant has a great classic breakfast and overall dining experience was good. The waterfront view was exceptional and the reason why I love this classic historic hotel.

Lots of strange people surrounded the hotel and we literally didn’t feel safe. All the night people were banging the doors, screaming and fighting and running and nobody stopped them, we had the worst night sleep. The hotel was very old and not very clean specially the floor and carpet. We were 3 adults and paid for a 2 queen bed room , still they asked us to pay for the thirs person’s breakfast!! Overall we did not enjoy our stay!

Nice staff, upset that the pool was out of service. I pick hotels with a pool, have I had known, I would have booked somewhere else. They had 2 shampoos and no conditioner.
