We stayed here last night and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was awesome! I would definitely recommend this place for a great rest and a pleasant stay.

Front desk staff was helpful and relatively quick. Our room was clean but quite small. Bed was very comfortable. Also poor ventilation in the bathroom.

Room was clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast, good coffee machine. Popcorn was a great touch and friendly front desk staff. Perfect location and good parking locked at 11pm until 6am. We will be returning our next visit in Thunder Bay

The staff were amazing and very helpful. Service at check in and check out was very quick and professional. The breakfast food was limited and not the best I’ve had. The coffee was great!

Newly remodeled, nice staff, central location. Two parking lots, one is gated and locked from 11pm-7pm which is nice.

I question if this is a Best Western Anymore - no longer Best Western signage on property. I would say do not stay here, the room we received was not at all like is shown on line. The breakfast was NOT good - sausage and eggs were pretty much inedible. Your car needs to be locked up with a 6 foot security gate around the lot if that tells you anything about this property. Definitely not worth what we paid. Keep Looking!!

Drugs and homelessness all around... very sad, indeed. I feared for my safety when I took the dog out. They're going to have to use more than retro wallpaper to fix this baby.
