There was a drug raid with yellow caution tape on door next to mine. and blood on the wall going upstairs. There weee moisture machines in the lobby. And no refund after checking out 30 minutes after arriving. Literally the WORST experience with Expedia and with this property.

The room was filthy. No way were we staying somewhere so disgusting. The faucets didn't even work. We couldn't stay. We had to leave and find rooms elsewhere.

They did not accept my debit card. My dad prepaid for the room but since I didn’t have his credit card, as he is in Alberta, I was refused to stay at that hotel. He needs to be reimbursed as I had to get another hotel room at another hotel!!!

In this room, only the beds were clean. Everything else is very old and dirty. The bathroom is in terrible condition — you don’t even want to shower there. It’s disgusting to stay in this room.

The room had bed bugs. I thought I was itching from dry skin but then a couple days later I noticed welts on my arm and leg. On the fifth day of my stay I woke up itching bad and I looked under the pillow annd saw two bed bugs. I put them in a bottle then brought them to the front desk and I ask the front desk to tell the manager I want a refund for my stay. Haven’t heard from the manager yet. I was avoided.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was basic at best. The hotel really needs a huge refurbish. Everything is old, dented and dinged. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The towels and bed linens appeared clean though. I read recent reviews of bedbugs and unsavory persons around the hotel, i didn't have issues with either during my stay.
