Kiersten and Wade at the desk were efficient, friendly, and very helpful. They made us feel very welcomed. This is a beautiful, historic hotel that has been modernized for comfort and retains its historic beauty. The free breakfast and happy hour were awesome! The valets were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is right downtown Portland. It has an elegant feeling without being pretentious. I enjoyed the later check out and the ability to walk around exploring Portland. Having a $10 credit to my meal/bar tab was an outstanding way to be welcomed after a long day of travel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will hope to stay there again.

The food at the restaurant was wonderful! Relaxed environment was restful after traveling. I just stayed one night before beiing ahuttled to airport. The shuttle driver was engaging and funny and that's hard to do at 4 am!
