Our family of four stayed in the Superior Family Room for 5 nights. The room could sleep 8, but we only used the 2 double beds and one bunk bed. The online check in and QR code in the lobby worked fine for us. The room was clean and the layout was roomy. We had plenty of room for bags and still had seating. Plenty of wall outlets and the separate shower vs. toilet is helpful for a family. The kitchenette was perfect, it had a fridge, freezer and microwave for late night Lawson runs. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was just a quick walk over to Ueno Park or Ameyoko Street for dinner and nightlife, also convenient to get to train stations. We used the laundry facilities and they were efficient and not busy. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It was perfect for our family and we would not hesitate to book again. Ueno was a fun neighborhood and Minn Ueno was a welcome oasis after many fun and busy days in Tokyo.

There is no front desk. Check in take 30min via video and end with the door code not working. End with using key at the end. Also the luggage storage fill up 930am in the morning. So you can’t really store your luggage safe. People just left there luggage in the lobby which I don’t think is safe

Great hotel, we had the room with 2 bedrooms so the kids could go to bed early and we could stay up. Huge hotel room for Tokyo standards and when traveling with kids 6 & 7 this is a must! Hotel is the best location within an easy walk from Ueno station - even with suitcases. Super easy to get there from Narita airport- we arrived late at night. 7/11 just down the road. We loved how you could leave your bags before and after check in and that there was a laundry room downstairs for 300Y per load. Vending machine in the lobby is great. WiFi is terrible. All and all we will stay here again- great value for money. Heated hair style brush (Shark) didn’t work with the different power but straighteners did.

First time in Tokyo. I was skeptical about the place. But it ended up being perfect for my family trip. The check in process is a bit challenging. But overall. Clean facility, new refreshing decor. Room was spacious. If you like to do your own thing and not be bothered. Then this is the location. I don't care for a person in the lobby 24/7. I had a great stay

We loved the location, as opposed to being smack bang in the middle of constant Shibuya/Shinjuku. Short walk from various stations, can get to anywhere within 20 mins, even with luggage super easy. 2 adults and 3 kids, spacious apartment and clean. Yes check in remote, but super easy, they send you a pin beforehand. Easily store luggage and laundry works great. Just dont try to dry too much at once. Short walk from some great eateries (the ramen place upstairs on the corner), sights of interest and many convenience stores.

This was a perfect base for our family's stay in Tokyo. The hotel is located in a super quiet area but only a short 5min walk from all of the restaurants and shops of Ueno. Transport links are fantastic - several metro stations are only a short walk from the hotel and getting back to Narita airport at the end of our stay was so easy - we had a 5min walk to the Ueno Keisei station (with no stairs to negotiate!) where we took the skyliner direct to the airport. Our room was very well kept, clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable too. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this accommodation. Australian family of 4 (11,9). Super spacious (for Japan) excellent amenities, absolutely spotless, shower was better than mine at home, close to many stations entrances, super close to the main market strip with excellent nightlife, restaurants. Everything! Super kid friendly. I’m super picky and did heaps of research which was really overwhelming This place was fantastic! We also did a load of washing which was super helpful.
