The room is clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. The amenities provided are well and organized. The location of the hotel is closed to everything from combini to restaurants to train station... There's nothing to complain about the hotel except there's a construction going on right beside the hotel.

The hotel is only about 7 mins away from major train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sleeping on the tatami is less uncomfortable than a regular bed but it was a unique experience. The bathroom is very tiny with no bathtub. There is also no room to put your toiletries and make up in there. There is a Family Mart around the corner and we had no issue shipping our luggage to our next destination. Will definitely stay again.

Room was spotless, had very nice beds with great comforters and just enough room for 4 people. Kids loved the bunk beds and each bed had a USB charger. The included breakfast was delicious and the coffee a great way to start a full day. Hotel was in the middle of Tokyo, so very close to the main sights. Laundry was very helpful.

Wonderful hotel, I’ve stayed here with my daughters twice. Staff was very friendly, they have a small cafe inside. They provide fresh pajamas everyday so one less thing to worry about bringing, they have toothbrushes and hand towels as well complimentary. It is right next to a Family mart which makes it super convenient, great meals can be had there for cheap, you can get cash at the family mart too FYI. It is about a 5-10 minute walk depending on your pace and if you don’t get distracted by cool things from the Akihabara station and the heart of Akihabara itself. I would highly recommend this hotel, it’s not flashy, has everything you need for a fair price but trust me you won’t be staying in your hotel while visiting Japan, you just need a place to sleep and put your merch away.
