The facilities were great. Coffee shop crew was always cheerful and helpful. Front desk staff was kind and courteous. Housekeeping was on the ball with keeping the room tidy and in stock. And finally, location, location, location! Definitely recommend this property! I'll be back....

The staff on duty is minimal. The room is tiny. The price I paid didn't reflect the value I expected. Overall, it is a budget hotel, but the location is great. I used to stay at The Excel but they are full. This hotel is a 10-minute walk to the bus station and the airport.

Front desk man was mean and unhelpful even though nobody else was checking in. 1 elevator for 12 floors. Poor breakfast with limited choices. The room is way too small for two people, even if the bed is comfortable stay somewhere else.

APA Hotel Shibuya is in a great location. The included breakfast was enough to get the day started right. I ordered a 2nd helping one day because i was hungry around 800 yen. Very reasonable. The location is close enough to the action around Shibuya Crossing without being kept up all night from the noise. It's at the top of.a hill. So if you're pushing luggage from Shibuya Station, take the elevator to exit on the 4th Floor of Shibuya Mark Center
