Swimming pool was closed. Arrived at breakfast an hour before they closed. The waffle mix was empty ( my favorite breakfast food)and one of the staff said it was too late to put out any more. The room however was very nice except for the bed, a little too firm for me.

Water continuously dripping from bathroom ceiling , very loud party above room. Maintenance came cleared water up water continued to flow from bathroom ceiling moved to another room , bathroom door lock , broken , got locked in the bathroom

This location has a poor breakfast bar. The hot food was cold. We couldn't find the plates. No one asked us how it was or assisted. The person cleaning didn't want to be inconvenienced.

We often stay in Home2 suits, it has everything you need. This one was ok but was surprised to see ragged ottoman in the room and couch could used some cleaning. Bed is too close to conditioner/heating unit so you feel the airflow.. but overall ok

The suite was perfect. I have stayed here before in a regular room and that was just ok, but this suite was perfect. Couple things though. Dtsyed in room 102. The outside door in the hall does not shut normally unless you really work to force it shut and because no one notices, anyone can get in the hotel using that door. You need to fix that. The door between the bathroom and the bedroom will not stay open. Not earth shattering but it would be nice to be able to leave it open. Other than that? Perfect stay. I will book again to this same room if possible. Very Satisfied.
