stayed there for 3 nights 4 days and me and my sister loved our stay. everything was at close proximity (bus, streetcar, subway), shoppers drug mart, restaurants, eaton center, etc. the staff was wonderful and very welcoming as soon as we checked in. the room was amazing, spacious, comfortable and clean. we’d definitely book there again for our next trip, in toronto. thank you for a wonderful stay and experience! :)

We stayed 4 nights. The first room we stayed in was backing on to the elevator, there was continuous elevator noise day and night. I asked to move the next morning and they were very accommodating and apologetic. The second room was quieter. The rooms could use refresh, but were otherwise clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I chose this specific property for its proximity to my son’s residence. So for me it worked well. Location though overall is very convenient as I it was walking distance to a station, supermarkets and shopping streets. The property is a bit old. Rooms were very spacious. Staff was great.

Requested a balcony and received but the noise from the units of the building was so loud that we didn't stay out long and didn't bother to change rooms has we were already unpacked. Hot water took long - had to run the water for a bit before it got hot.

The hotel staff were quite friendly and made things easy for me while dealing with 3 year old twins. Also having a pizza place and McDonald close by helped a lot also.
