There was only one friendly staff member which I encountered (Jai). The hotel lobby was way too rowdy at night. We were never told that room service was only an option if you had a stay longer than 2 nights, despite asking for it after our first night. Breakfast was quite decent though and the rooms were fairly clean. Overall, would not recommend.

My wife and I stayed here on an overnight as we visited relatives. We have done this several times in the past, staying at different hotels each time. This was our first stay at the Fairfield Inn, and we were not disappointed. At check-in, the very pleasant young man at the reception desk (Nicolo? Niccolo?) upgraded us to a nicer room with a bit of a view. That started things off right. The room itself offered plenty of space for two adults and their luggage, and included a mini-fridge and a microwave.The breakfast the following morning was a little on the limited side but there still was plenty to eat to start the day with. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! (And we probably will on our next visit to Mississauga!)
