I was informed that my room is located at the basement ground level, and to get a higher floor, I would have to pay an additional $15. Furthermore, there was no water in the room; I was handed water at the reception instead. This experience was unsatisfactory.
I was charged $30 for parking, which Expedia conveniently failed to mention. Additionally, the TV lacks any streaming applications—no Netflix, Prime, Disney, or any other service. The Hilton Airport appears determined to extract every possible dollar from guests, making for a truly frustrating experience and disappointed overall. I cannot recommend this place.
