Booked a room for 4 people, reservation said that the room sleeps 4. Arrived and checked in, was given 4 room cards (acknowledged that we were 4). Were there for a dance competition so dropped bags and spent the day at the competition. Arrived back at 11:30 pm, daughter had to be down at 6:30am next morning for another day so sleep important. The couch we assumed was a pull out did not pull out. Called and they told us that was too bad, and our reservation did not specify a pull out. My simple question…where do you expect the other two people to sleep? No extra pillows, blankets, let alone a place to sleep. The couch was too short for an adult to sleep on. They said they couldn’t help, hotel was full with no rollaways available. The girl actually said the best they could do was bring some blankets (so we could sleep on the floor!). They finally tracked down a single flimsy mattress and a bagged set of sheets and I was left to set this up…at 1:30 in the morning. So 5 hrs of sleep for our young competitor and a terrible sleep for all. They gave us buffet vouchers for “the inconvenience”. How does this happen? How are we able to book for 4 and not have at least two beds? How do they then check us into a room with one bed knowing we are four. Lastly, on check out they had billed me twice and when I brought it to their attention the front desk said it was a hold and I would see the reversal in a couple days. 7 days later and still there. Worst experience ever.
