This is a perfect location if you go to concert at Coca Cola Coliseum. It's just a few steps away after you finished your concert. No need to go through the heavy traffic after everyone is out at the same time. The staff is super nice especially front desk staff Judith, she is amazingly helped out for providing additional transportation information. It's definitely a good experience.

I stayed in a suite with awesome views. The property and staff were very nice and clean which I appreciate. I didn't like that our robes had holes, TV's were dim and one didn't work. I had to ask for microwave and ice bucket. For the amount of money spent these little things mean a lot.

The experience was extremely frustrating. We had trouble checking in, and it took 45 minutes to resolve. The staff initially told us they couldn’t find my reservation under my name. They also claimed that because I booked through a third party, they had no responsibility and couldn’t help. Even after multiple attempts and showing them my confirmation email and all the booking details from Expedia, they still couldn’t locate my reservation. Instead of assisting further, they asked me to contact Expedia myself. In the end, they finally realized that Expedia had entered my last name as my first name and vice versa—something they could have checked much earlier.
