Pros: The room was clean, city view was great, staff were polite and professional. Lots to see and do in the area, subway access very convenient in the basement of the building. Cons: Pool is only chest high at its deepest, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable or of particularly high quality, no option for fan to vent air in without turning on heating or cooling, there is a door between you and the neighbouring room with no bolt on your side to ensure no one will enter without your consent while you are in the room / same with the bolt on the door it is of the type staff can still access from outside not a chain or bolt option, lastly there were renovations happening at the viewing patio on the upper floors with no signs posted / no info about when it would be available to go on again.

In order to get connecting rooms we asked for, we had to upgrade one of the rooms to include a sofa bed we didn't need. We decided the extra $30 didn't warrant that.

Room was below average. No view at all. For the money it was not worth it. Stayed here a few times in the last year and this was the most I paid for room and the most disappointing. Will look for different hotel going forward.

From the time we arrived, our door keys never worked. We were there for three days and they never worked once we would always have to call front desk to have someone come up and often they would have difficulty and they never offered us another room. When it was time to check out, they told me they’d give me free parking, but I never even had a car there. We had two rooms one for myself and one for my daughter and her children, so they gave me a discount of $25 per room!! For all the inconvenience. Then when I picked up my bags from there holding room, they had only given me five tickets, but I had six bags and they didn’t wanna give me my six bag which was my grandchildren‘s dirty clothes told me they had a procedure to follow. It was absolutely horrendous. Never stay there again.
