Some staff was great. Site is convenient and reasonable. Problematic door lock was a known issue yet they tried to use the room anyway. Toasters take several minutes to toast a bagel. Minimum of effort for most of the breakfast sampling. Every juice box identical flavour. Bowl of apples, no other fruit selection. Nice eggs but no toast. Raise the room rate a few bucks and boost up the ‘free’ breakfast quality. That would be good value.

Breakfast can be so much better, not a lot of hot or healthy options. Some rules are not very Canadian, like you can’t take food from breakfast to the room (are they being economical with food?) & they strictly won’t let you stay for an extra hour without charging a fee. It can be cleaner as well

The friendliest staff works in this hotel! I am amazed, from the receptionist to the breakfast team to the cleaning staff. So polite and welcoming, they made me feel like a valuable guest. The breakfast was filling, they offer 3 hot options each morning (including pancakes!), cereals, yogurt, and even apples. The baked goods were a bit stale, but fresh pancakes made up for it. The room was good, I specifically liked the stocked and clean bathroom. There were coffee and tea available right in the room, as well as a fridge and a microwave. My only suggestion is to include thicker blankets for stays during winter season, but because you could regulate room temperature, it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and if I had to choose a hotel from this area again, I would definitely come back!

My first Super8 visit

The hotel and room was clean, not happy about the pool being out of sevice during the winter. The host said I would get my room security deposit back at check out that was 250.00, that was a lie now I’m waiting for that money 3-5 business days or how ever long that’s going to take. The continental breakfast was not very good. But all in all the room was good.

Got separated from my friend on our flights. After flying for 28 hours she arrived 5 hours before I did. Despite having the booking number, confirmation and the room already being paid for she was not allowed to check into the room and had to book another room as the booking was in my name and not hers. Expedia could not get ahold of the hotel to help rectify this issue. Front desk candies are good though.

The room was nice. Clean. Bathroom was clean and the shower was good. The breakfast room was separate from the food area. We were there in Dec. It was around 0°F. The breakfast room was NOT heated. There was 1 small space heater to heat a 15X20 room. It was definitely cool in there. Breakfast was ok. A couple of hot items. Juice was provided by juice boxes. Also, the pool was closed. If the price is right for you then it would be worth your stay.
