The Staff here are super friendly and accommodating. They also upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite because they knew that I was visiting my Mom, and they wanted us to be very comfortable. And we were. Thank you to the kind Staff at Town Inn Suites. :)

My husband and I stayed here while I attended a 3 day class in the city. I chose here due to the walkability to the school and surrounding neighbourhoods. The staff are incredible. We arrived at 9 am from our flight in the hopes for a slightly earlier checkin than the 3 pm time and they were able to get us in right there with no extra charge. They have a great lobby and a complimentary espresso machine which I greatly appreciated. The downfall was the room sadly. You could tell some of the furniture had been upgraded however the wallpaper along the window was peeling from water damage, the bathroom fan didn't work and there was black mold along the ceiling in the kitchen and the bed had dirty sheets (thankfully house keeping did come replace those). Granted we didn't say anything to the staff as when we checked in we were told there was only two rooms available and didn't want to push our luck with checking in early as it was. The finishing pieces were a monthly fire alarm test that happened with a minute warning before an alarm sounded through the hotel and a notice for the next day that maintenance would be working on our suite while we were there. I feel like they should choose times to upgrade when guests are not occupying suites. Overall the location is close to everything, the staff are friendly and go above and beyond but I sadly wouldn't want to stay here again.

The Wi-Fi was bad, TV work less than half the time. Doors closed really loud. Parking in the garage was tight. Bed was not comfortable. Not enough outlets in the room.

Very nice hotel. Full kitchen and dinning area. Upgraded to a 2 bedroom and we loved it. Fast efficient checkin. Ample parking. Good security. Too bad there wasn’t a tv in the bedroom. $17 uber ride to Scotiabank Arena to see Lady Gaga!

Mixed bag

The Good- location, and the suite was really a 1 bedroom apartment. The Bad- underground parking (at extra cost) was very tight for larger vehicles like a minivan. Could not adjust shower temperature. The bedroom was very tight with a king bed- it was hard to walk around the bed. Although closets were available there were no drawers anywhere to unpack a suitcase into.

Second time staying here and we quite like the room and location. We will certainly return. However the one odd frustration was that we asked in advance that we would have a cot in the room, we paid the $25 per night for it. When I checked in I mentioned it again and they said it would be delivered to the room that afternoon. Later in the afternoon I inquired again and they said they would bring it up. When getting home late for the 1st night it was not there so I slept on the couch with a towel. The next day I cancelled the request to get the extra money paid back. Which I did recieve. But it was surprising that there wasn't even an acknowledgement/apology for the slip up. I will certainly return, but that issue was an odd one that I hope they are more attentive to in the future.
