I was so impressed by one of the staff working on front desk , we got at the desk and noticed the bus left , this lady staff did her best to call the shuttle , since we were behind time of our flight, that was so excellent job she did, as well s the bus driver was so helpful assisting passengers with bags to get into the bus well done driver,and front desk staff who was on duty 👏

The hotel was very nice, clean and conveniently located. The only real issue was the bathroom fan sounded like there was major construction happening in our room. That said, would definately stay there again when in Halifax

Hilton sent me a message on Expedia saying I can download their app and use that for contactless check in. However it never worked so when I checked in I asked the staff why I couldn’t use that feature and she said cause I booked through Expedia….would be good to have this sorted out or at least not sending Expedia bookers instructions that don’t apply for them. Was annoying and confusing to try to figure out the app only for me not to be able to use it anyways. When you’re traveling you don’t have time to mess around with these types of things.
