Lovely hotel

The hotel is in a prime location and connects to a shopping mall with prime retail stores and several restaurants and a variety of food options. The staff is amazing and deserves credit. They are attentive and so helpful. Even though the hotel is undergoing renovations, the location, the attention to detail from the staff and ammenities made our stay very pleasant.

Room was smelling like cigarettes. Pillows had a bad smell too like old pillows . Location was good , but they make me pay an additional fee. When my room was fully paid on the reservation .

Location is great! Near the harbour and ferry and so many high end shops. However, the room conditions need a lot of updates. Bathroom grout lines are moldy. Rooms had a musty smell and so were the hallways. It was very deceiving because the lobby looks so fancy like a 5 star hotel.

Not all that .but close to touristy things awful smell . Small rooms .
