Average all around, although the pool & hot tub were surprisingly nice! Comfy enough to stay a night or two. Lots of comfort food in the area. Beds were decent, room was clean, staff wasn’t so welcoming. Breakfast included which is always nice.

A notre arrivé, il y avait une très mauvaise odeur dans la chambre, style égout. Apres avoir mangé ( dans cette odeur), en voulant se laver, nous nous sommes aperçu que le bain était bouché, l’odeur venait de là. Pour nous, la propreté est le critère numéro un d’un hôtel. Si le bain est bouché, la femme de ménage ne là clairement pas lavé! Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre, ca nous a été refusé. Un employé est passé plusieurs fois pour déboucher le bain. Aucun sent bon dispo pour l’odeur. Aucun dédommagement. On ne recommande pas cet hôtel, a ce prix!

Impossible de bien régler le chauffage dans la chambre. En arrivant, il fait très très chaud dans la chambre. J’ai essayé de régler le chauffage mais il faisait toujours chaud. J’ai même dû partir l’air climatisé…alors qu’il faisait -30 dehors!
