The property appears as a 4 star hotel. However, i would rank it as a 2 star with false advertising and assures of services that are either redteicted or fabricated. The swimming pool access is restricted - door will not open with card key and hours of operation are restrictive and ot accurate. Coffee machine in lobby and hotel room do not work. 50% discount for breakfast is 50% off a bad breakfast - no bacon, sausages, or scrambled eggs that are edible. This hotel has serious issues with maintaince and services - do not stay here.

We didn’t stay at the best western , we were told that our mountain bikes weren’t allowed in the hotel , hotel suggested putting them into a c can out back and to sign a document saying they were not responsible for them .
