We arrived from Hawaii at YVR at midnight knowing the shuttle wasn't available at that time. We took a taxi and were reimbursed at the front desk. We woke up to snow the next morning and called down for a taxi, which was there by the time we checked out.

Check in process was slow, as I think their computer system is slow. Staff were friendly enough. The hotel is a converted motel with the elevator situated outside, but at least there was an elevator. The rooms have been refurbished with modern, new fixtures and beds. I would stay there again, as the price is right.

Stayed here for one night in transit to the airport. It was great for the one night, I believe they’ve re-done the rooms and they look great. The staff were all very friendly and the airport transfer was easy, on time, and fast. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Staff was friendly and we arrived late to airport -the hotel said wound pay for our cab if we missed last shuttle - we did manage to get the last one. Liked the shuttle service to and from airport- ever half hour. Driver was friendly and knowledgeable of the drop off sites.Check in and out was easy and quick. Room was clean and well managed. Liked the free use of bikes ( great idea) coffee tea area, waiting area. Would stay again
