Not impressed at all. Bed was way to hard, no place to plug your phone in at bedside and when I pulled night stand out to find outlet for phone you could tell it has not be cleaned for awhile. There was a power bar on stand across the room, plug my phone in there. Woke up @ 3:45 check my phone never charged at all. Had to plug phone in bathroom. It’s not hotel it’s a house and when I open door very strange smell. There was a very strange smell when I opened front door went up to room same smell. Absolutely no human connection at all.

This was a beautiful family run hotel. It was immaculately clean. it has a fridge, microwave, tea coffee. the price is very affordable for Richmond. I highly recommend this Hotel.

it is a really bad nplace to stay. No AC and opening the window to freshen the room leaves car and truck noise and pollution into your room. Cars and trucks are passing within 10 feet of your bed. It is very noisy

We were very disappointed with our stay. The shower in our room wasn’t working, and the owner knew about the issue before we arrived but failed to have it fixed. This meant we had to share a bathroom with other guests, even though we specifically booked a room with a private bathroom. It was inconvenient and not what we paid for. Additionally, the room had a teapot and cups, but no tea provided and the only coffee available was very old — making these amenities pointless. Given the amount of money we paid, having to share facilities and endure this level of discomfort was unacceptable. The experience did not match the expectations set by the listing.

Never stay there again!

The check in is to late at 4 pm. I booked for 8 nights and they never changed the bedding or the towels. No kitchen, no tv, no place to have a BBQ. Very interesting why this place is in a hotel register one.

Four rooms upstair have to share a bathroom which is no good. There is not even a pantry with a sink or water tap in common area. I regret staying there.

It’s very old bed and mattress it makes eeek noise even in slight movement. It’s very uncomfortable. I wonder if the owner ever slept on it test the bed. No coffee machine for one cup of coffee. Jar for sugar is dirty and the bathroom is dirty. I don’t think I will stay here again
