The check in was quick and the shuttle pick up option is great even though we didn’t need it for this trip. Our room was unexpectedly spacious considering I booked a junior suit. Unit was very clean and had all the essentials we needed, although I didn’t have a toothbrush and thought I could ask the attendant for one and did not have any, which was fine but suggestions to other guests I guess would be, bring your own toothbrush. Bed was very comfortable and you can smell how clean the room is which is a great thing. Building from the outside does not justify how it is in the inside. The main lobby itself is top tier and as you can see in the pictures, the unit (or our unit) had great big windows which is amazing. We booked our room the day before which made it a bit pricey, but still is cheaper compare to other places, especially if youre only looking for a place to crash for the night. Very cozy and classy layouts. Definitely a must stay place.

NO Hotel security, NO camera on courtyard hallway

The safety issues withe the courtyard is terrible they don't have a camera installed int he hallway the courtyard. When I arrived at 4 PM somebody knocked on my door and I was NOT expecting a guest NOT even Housekeeping services ai was just arrived and when I peek on the door peep glass i saw a man looking for drug dependent person. I told on closed door while i was on peeping on the door peep glass I said " YOU GOT a WRONG ROOM" The man went on another door and still knocking, I could hear he still Knocking on ever room. I called the desk service to see and look and call for security. I need to go out but I am afraid to go out I might be attack. The desk personnel said the Manager will be coming and check on the guy who is knocking on the door. Unfortunately they don NOT have hotel security. The court yard was detached form the Main Hotel and supposedly be OPEN with Hotel Card. When I entered the Door was NOT locked and I was able to enter the detached courtyard hotel without using the hotel card. The first time I enter to start with ( NOT SAFE) and NO Hotel Security ( NOT SAFE) how about during the night time especially when the courtyard is detached form the main hotel. The Manager came after 20 minutes which I expect to come as I am in hurry for the my appoinment I was expecting rto drop off my things and go out and come back later after dinner. I don`t recommend this hotel

This is an excellent location for the airport. On a lovely street. On site restaurant. Had a junior suite with 2 doubles. Lovely updated room. Clean new bedding. Bathroom was updated. Excellent service from front desk. Excellent value for the money.

Its OK. Bathroom small and toilet is really small and low to the ground. HVAC machinery in the room is very loud. Small room. Had to use an elavator to get to the lobby and another to get to the room. I am 6'2' and not huge. Had to use the bathroom in the lobby. Cleaning crew was very loud and complaining in the hall way. Yelling into the phone. Not worth the savings. If you want to save a little and don't care its OK.

We were in the "executive suite" and it was old and dated - carpets were ratty, flooring needs repairing, it felt dirty and gross. Didn't feel like I could walk around without shoes on.
