Staff are not welcome. Check-in really bad. Room was just as bad. I was there around 2:30PM and hope to get a room and rest. Front desk tells me that check in time is 3PM. I asked if there is any rooms available, can I please get one now. She told me no without checking. I waited outside until 3PM and got a room. Very bad smell while i got in to the room. I took a shower. The towel wasn’t as clean. I found some long hair in the washroom. But I was just super tired and went to bed. By 3:45PM, someone knocking the door when I just fell in sleep. I said don’t come in and I am sleeping. However, one lady still came in and said she is housekeeping. I asked I just checked in why housekeeping came in like this? She said sorry and left. Worst experience ever

Good Spot to Stay in Richmond BC

Excellent service at the front desk. Very early arrival due to cruise ship schedule. They stored our luggage so we could explore the area and provided early check in for us. Much appreciated! Very nice accommodations. The hotel is convenient to many restaurants and public transport. They also provide a shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. Our flight wasn't until 5pm and they stored our luggage again after checkout so we might enjoy the day in Steveston. The only negative was the jacuzzi tub didn't work:(

This hotel was actually two buildings, the first one had the reception, restaurant, gym. We stayed in the second building, which had a pool and a lot of conference rooms. My kids liked the pool. It was open until late at night so we were able to go even after a long trip. Restaurant was nice, servers were super friendly.

The hotel layout is a little confusing with three towers a little more description on finding room by front desk would be nice. Noticed multiple bugs called front desk to resolve they offered a can spray and little else. Said housekeeping was closed and rooms sold out. So I slept with the lights another bug came out that I was able to kill. They said to speak to them they will call me. I would hope there would be some resolution. Rooms dated.

Noisy hotel

The room facing to city main road WestMinster Highway It was noise. The elevator location is hidden made it unsafe. The staff at front desk spoke English with heavy accent, it’s hard to understand her.
