I stayed there Christmas Eve as a stopover from Asia. I have no complaints. The hotel was mainly good value and close to YVR airport with an effective shuttle service. The room was fairly basic, a little dated, but clean and no complaints at all. Coffee available 24 hours in the lobby which was convenient as I took the 05:40 morning shuttle to YVR. Will use this hotel again in future.

The hotel is in need of some updates and improvements. On at least a couple of floors, when you come out of the elevators, the old carpet is not tightly buttoned down and is instead rippled and raised, which is a safety hazard. The shower area in the bathroom is slippery and we had to ask for a mat. Again, another safety hazard. Putting all that aside, the hotel's location is excellent, nicely situated in Richmond.

Well didnt start out good shuttle service had to phone twice, then they said they where at airport and called out but a few of us never heard him cause like 200 people standing out there. Never told us the van also gas logo of comfort in on it also
