Overall, our stay was unsatisfactory. Upon entering the room, we found human hair in both beds, and the visible wrinkles and condition of the sheets clearly indicated that the bedding had not been changed at all. This is a serious hygiene failure. We contacted the front desk and showed her the issue; she acknowledged it and moved us to another room. To make matters worse, when we extended our stay by booking directly with the hotel, we discovered that the rates charged were unreasonably higher, which further confirmed that we would not consider staying here again...
