Great hotel to stay in Vancouver

Good customer service, good breakfast Very good and comfortable room . We stayed there two night and we were going on a cruise , they called the cab . Very friendly and helpful front desk.

The hotel took my requests for a room free from any chemical scents and products very serioulsly and there were no air freshners or plug ins in the hallways. Emelda had our room changed at our request and made sure no chemicals were used in the cleaning and honored my request not to have housekeeping during our stay. I very....much appreciated the hotel's accomodations to my health needs. All the front desk staff were kind and pleasant. I would suggest having stainless steal cookware rather than teflon pots and pans as they are not healthy to cook with or use either. Thank you for the stay. I would most certainly consider this hotel again especially with the convenience of having a kitchen and the location was nice downtown too and felt safe.
