The shuttle was conveniently located at the airport for pick up and arrived within 15 minutes. Walking distance to the Tim Hortons, PetSmart and Michael’s. This is a pet friendly hotel but I noticed they keep the pets on the lower floors. No pet noises on the 5th floor. Ice maker gets jammed and may spill out ice. The kitchenette comes with a sink!

Stay was comfortable and room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and airport shuttle was very good option. Missed the shuttle to airport so staff booked the taxi to airport, very much appreciated.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms needed some updating but housekeeping did a good job in keeping rooms tidy. However, the AC unit was extraordinarily loud.The area around the hotel felt safe and there was ample onsite parking. It would have been great if there werr queen sized beds offered instead of double.

Nice place near the airport but far enough away that I didn’t hear a single plane. There are two Sandman properties nearby. I drove to the other one first and was sent down the street with unclear directions and a bit of attitude. Once I arrived at this Sandman everything was just right.
