Very helpful and courteous staff. Unfortunately, I did not realize this hotel was close to the hospital and there were multiple ambulance visits to the Hospital during the night which disturbed my sleep. Otherwise great stay ! Breakfast surprisingly generous and hot !

Staff was couteous and helpful. Room was very clean, linens perfect. Comfortable bed. Ample plug ins and usb ports. Rugs a bit dated. Close to the airport with shuttle (15 min.). Wonderful walking park right behind the hotel with ponds, duck, geese, park benches and tables.

We knew that we are booking an older hotel and the price and proximity was a deciding factor. Keeping that in mind the rooms were just fine. What stood out and earned this hotel 5 stars from us was the absolutely exceptional customer service. Another group booked after us through Expedia and requested for a room close to us. We were provided with adjoining rooms, the rooms were ready for us early, and they have even provided some complimentary muffins in the evening to a few hungry cheerleaders. The breakfast was also fresh with warm food options and smiling friendly and helpful staff. It was exceptional for a 2-3 star hotel for the price.
