Spacious room. Bed and linens very good. Need one more luggage rack for two people. Toilet is very low...a bit tricky to use. Staff was amazing, helpful and friendly.

The room was small but very comfortable and quiet. It is close to the sky train and the airport shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes. The breakfast included scrambled eggs and fried ham as well as cereals and breads. Would definitely stay again.

The best hotel experience for that price range. Staff are wonderful and very accommodating. Room was clean with a comfy king size bed. Good complimentary breakfast with warm food options. Close to airport and they offer free shuttle to and from. Also near public transport and shopping area. Could'nt ask for anything more!

Great Location

First time at this hotel and was very satisfied. Pros: Proximity to airport, adjacent park, good breakfast, good rooms, comfortable bed, handy underground parking, excellent service from front desk on check in (early) and addressing noise complaints. Con: It’s an old wood building and the noise from the room above can be brutal if the guest is incredibly inconsiderate of others, as was the case for me.

Very friendly helpful staff and clean rooms, close to some great restaurants, like South Silk Road and if you like Chinese food that’s the one of the best places I’ve eaten. Just a five minute walk from here.
