Easy check-in. Courteous staff. Quiet clean room with comfortable bed. Decent breakfast- offered good variety: eggs, muffins, croissants, toast, bagels, cereals as well as coffee & tea. Easy access to the Canada line- 10 minute walk or public bus for those unable to walk to Richmond-Brighouse.

Great value for the money. It’s an older property, but it was clean and the staff was extremely friendly - even gave me a toothbrush to replace the one I forgot. The free breakfast is basic, but doable. Walls and floors are thin, so bring earplugs or white noise, but otherwise I got a good night’s rest in a warm, clean bed.

Great stay! This hotel is older and a little rough around the edges and may need some updating but it is clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. I must point out that every single staff member we had contact with were outstanding. The two young fellas at the front desk when we arrived from a long haul flight were super friendly and helpful and had a line of us checked in within minutes . The lovely ladies in the breakfast room the next morning were so pleasant and working hard to keep the small area cleaned and ready for the next customers, most of whom have flights to catch. A very good selection of breakfast food as well. They have an airport shuttle as well that showed up on their posted timetable so that was super nice after a very long flight to not have to stand there waiting forever. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to friends.

We had a great stay at the SureStay by Best Western. The room was very clean, bed and pillows really comfortable, and great water pressure in the shower. A warm breakfast is included, and the staff are very efficient and accommodating. A great stay at a great price.
