My husband and I stayed at Hotel Fénix this October and honestly it was amazing. From the moment we arrived they treated us wonderfully and we felt super comfortable. I have to especially mention Santiago, Antonio and Jean Paul because they were incredible. Always attentive, super friendly and willing to help us with anything. They truly made a difference in our stay. The hotel is great, the rooms very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for getting around Madrid and exploring the city. Breakfast was also very good. In summary, if you’re looking for a good hotel in Madrid with excellent service, Hotel Fénix is a great option. We were delighted and will definitely return. Totally recommended.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This hotel was a treat for us. We stayed in their red deluxe & it was an amazing experience. Room was gorgeous, bit small for what we paid, was expecting something bigger. The staff in general are soo friendly & helpful
