We had a wonderful stay at Al Campaniel! Our room was exactly what we needed for our time in Venice. Although it was located on the main floor, which initially made me worry about noise, I was very wrong! The room was surprisingly quiet, peaceful, and impeccably clean throughout our stay. The private bathroom was a great bonus. The location was fantastic. We loved the convenience store right on the corner for quick snacks. It was also an easy, stress-free walk from the train station, even when managing our carry-on luggage. Check-in was seamless, and Emanuelle was incredibly helpful. Check-out was just as simple. I can't emphasize enough how truly delicious the breakfast was—it was a highlight! The entire staff clearly puts a great deal of care into the rooms, the food, and the overall guest experience.

My son and I stayed in this hotel. We had good time. The room, bathroom, all area was super clean. We can tell Mr. Emanuele and people who work there take care about the hotel. The breakfast was amazing, everything you need to start your day! We left our luggage until late night train, and it was safe. Great place! Great experience! Very close to most visited places, 10 minutes from bus station.

It was a very comfortable place, and in a very nice area. You are close to everything. We only stayed a night, and the breakfast in the morning and fresh coffee with a wonderful touch.

Convenient comfortable B and B in a quieter area.

Difficulties with getting in as given the wrong door code! But sorted by phoning the manager. A large room, welcoming helpful staff in the breakfast room where a good continental breakfast was served. A good position with excellent double glazing and functionning aircon . No TV. Don't waste your time and energy with the requested online checkin, all done again at the reception anyway!

We stayed 2 nights. The staff are absolutely lovely. Our room was spacious, and we had access to everything we needed for a short stay. It's a very short walk to the nearest ferry stop making it a great spot for navigating around Venice. Breakfast was lovely and they were able to accommodate my gluten free requirements once I let them know I'm coeliac. We were on the 2nd floor and had to carry our heavy luggage stairs up and down but aside from that we found our stay very enjoyable. Unfortunately, we were pick-pocketed nearby which we have learnt is a wide-spread problem across Venice so stay alert and take precautions to protect your valuables while visiting this beautiful city.

Great location and helpful hosts but the b&b is dated. We may have misread the advert but our room did not have an en suite and although there was a private bathroom for the room, it was located across a short hallway. In this hallway there were also storage room/areas and so we could hear the host/cleaners get supplies. There was a privacy screen which we used, however, we would often find it open. It would have been nice if it was closed to maintain our privacy once the hosts accessed the storage areas next to our room. Overall, clean room with okay breakfast with a good location. Just to be aware there is a room which is not en suite and the rooms decor is dated.
