I loved staying at Hotel Antiche Figure. The hotel is extremely well located close to public transportation and an easy walk to St Marks and other sites. As mentioned in several other reviews, the staff was super-friendly and helpful. My room was in an annex building that was along a quiet pathway. The room was lovely- spacious and well-appointed. I loved the breakfast which was included - lots of delicious pastries and other items. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Junior room was amazing; it easily fit family of 4. Breakfasts were a nice touch. I really loved being right next to the train station as it made travel easy. The bar had a good espresso machine and staff knew how to make good espressos and cappuccinos. The hotel arranged a free private trip to murano which the kids loved.

We only had 1 night in Venice so this was a convenient hotel near the train station. It was accessible to everything. The room was very nice overlooking the Grand Canal. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and very accommodating.

We were greeted so warmly upon arrival and treated with such kindness for the entirety of our stay. Our room was charming and the bathroom sublime with double sinks and a deep bathtub. The breakfast was great, as was the coffee each morning. The staff at this hotel are what really make it exceptional. Everyone really goes out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff went out of their way to make us all have a pleasant stay. It almost felt like staying at a big family house. Also, this hotel is conveniently located across from the train station, and very close to water shuttle and gondola stops. The downside of this proximity to the train station is that you need to leave early if you plan to use the water shuttles (which fill in quickly with day trippers coming by train after 9am or so). Very close to restaurants, to a supermarket, to a pharmacy, and a good ATM (not one of the infamous Euronet ones) almost next to it.
