We stayed for 3 nights and, while the room itself was impressive — clean, spacious, modern, and clearly updated — the rest of the hotel was a letdown. I'd rate the room a solid 4 stars, but everything else brings the experience way down.
The hallways, reception area, pool, and especially the sauna are in desperate need of both renovation and a deep clean. The pool and sauna in particular were in rough shape, which was disappointing.
Customer service was below average throughout our stay. After our first night, housekeeping came but only made the beds — the bathroom wasn’t touched, and no fresh towels were provided. Oddly, a few decaf coffee pods were left on the bedside table and on the Keurig machine… Not sure what happened there. We went to reception to ask for towels and were told someone would bring them up. No one ever came. Hours later, we had to go back down and pick them up ourselves.
On the second day, we did receive a full room clean — but our door was left wide open afterward. Thankfully, nothing was missing, but that’s a major security concern. When I called reception to report it, the response was completely indifferent — no apology, no acknowledgment of the seriousness. Just a flat "Ok ma’am, thank you."
Overall, while the room was lovely, everything else — service, amenities, and cleanliness outside the room — fell short. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it until major improvements are made, especially in customer service and facili
