We liked the location near the beach. We were disappointed with no elevator. And the aircon in the room was too loud.

This is our second time here. First time in January, we had a first floor room. Rooms are big, clean but the shower clogged within a few min of getting in the shower. On this trip, we had a second floor room. The room was big and clean except the shower clogged up again. So we aren’t sure if it’s a pipe issue or what, but it isn’t nice. The beach access is great, that’s the main reason we come back.

The hotel is great but the parking not in this hotel only but all over Vero Beach is a problem. It’s hard to come as a group that need multiple parking spots. The hotels really need to lobby to solve this issue with the city.

Direct beach access

I had an amazing time at the beach! The hotel was absolutely perfect – clean, comfortable, and just steps away from the sand. Having direct beach access made everything so convenient. I could walk out of my room and be on the shore within minutes. The staff was friendly, the amenities were great, and the location couldn’t have been better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
