Great One Night Stay

The AirportHotel in Verona was a great location for a one night stay before a flight from the Verona Airport. Staff warmly welcomed us upon arrival and informed us about breakfast hours and the restaurant’s location. Although I usually avoid eating in hotel restaurants, the hotel’s restaurant had surprisingly good food, courteous service and reasonable prices. The only glitch in our stay was the room refrigerator not working properly. Hotel staff responded quickly to our call, but was unable to make it get cold. ☹️ Hotel’s breakfast was excellent and the free shuttle to the airport was a highly appreciated and convenient service. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Rude night staff

Very rude night receptionist literally hanged up the room service call as he couldn’t speak English blunt attitude for an international Airport quite ironic ?? Second day was even worse very bad customer service.Seemshe was more concerned about sleeping than doing his job

The receptionist drives you to the airport during very early hours e.g. 5am. You need to book this ahead of time to ensure there is room. Check in was fast. Check out too. Well organized. Room was welcoming. Clean. Comfortable bed. I did not go to the pool or restaurant.

The staff was the highlight of the stay, especially at the bar & restaurant. Cleaning ladies were very polite and reception was smooth and efficient. Not sure if the shuttle is part of the staff but the driver was also very kind. The food at the restaurant could be just a tiny bit better, but overall no complaints and would recommend!
