Room location/choice

The only downside of the room location was the noise from the highway all night long right adjacent to the property. If I had known the location I'd have asked for a room on the back side of the building.

Didn't get the room we paid for & were lied to!

We booked what we were told was the last room they had...we were told it had a King bed and 2 Queen beds. When we arrived at the hotel and hour later they gave us a room with 1 queen bed, which was a much cheaper room. They must have had a cancellation and gave our more expensive room to someone else. The front office staff refused to issue a partial refund. The person we checked in with was Malik. She did not say anything about the change in rooms. She lied to us and she lied to the manager. The next morning the manager offered us $10. The manager also lied about what had happened. The whole situation was upsetting and frankly disgusting. When our taxi driver picked us up he told us that everyone complains about being overcharged at the motel!
