True gem in the heart of victoria

This was our first time staying here and it won’t be the last. Room was beautifully appointed and beds were very comfy. Perfect location, close to everything. The Courtney Room restaurant was exceptional and all staff we encountered were very invested in us having a wonderful stay. They really made us feel special. The pick up we so badly needed in this chaotic world.

The front staff was very polit and efficient. Housekeeping entered the room without knocking! Restaurant / Bar service was poor. Poor selection of spirits. A binder full of wine selections but "no" Sauvignon Blanc, No Pinto Grigio? "We ran out a few days ago". More staff than customers when we were in there and yet, could not get service without literally looking for people.

Went here for my birthday weekend, they upgraded us to a room with a deep tub (request it if you're wanting one, not all rooms have it)! Was a beautiful large room, the bed was so comfortable!

The room was beautiful. The staff were amazing, quick, helpful and friendly when they were asked to help. The only thing they could have improved on was the connection to the smart tv. We had to get on a waiting list for a Roku device to connect to Netflix.
