Overall, our stay was very good. The breakfast is the same every day but there is enough variety that we found something every day. The staff was great and the room was clean. Two minor issues, first, the room keys did not work well. We had to try our keys multiple times every time we entered the building or our room. The second issue was the TV remote, it did not work well with the TV. We got new batteries but that did not improve the situation. Overall not huge issues, just inconveniences.

I like the kitchen area in the room. The cabinet space was a nice addition plus the sink. The only thing that was missing was a stove to cook on but love the fridge and microwave. The room was spacious.

Weekend Stay

Housekeeping not available on our 2 day stay, but if you needed something it would have to be requested. Online shows a bar inside hotel, bar did not exist. Heated pool was not heated and had way too much chlorine in it. Breakfast was good, different variety available and the spanish lady that cooks was extremely friendly and made sure nothing ran out. Overall an okay stay not sure if we would return to the same hotel on our next visit to Waco.

Though it was older and the fitness room could use a makeover, you could tell they had really good, hard working staff. The whole place was cleaned very well the whole 4 days we were there. Kudos to the maintenance men and the room cleaners! Very well maintained!

I like the lemon water the property provides. Went down to get some & it was all gone. So i asked if she was going to replenish the lemon water. She said she haven't had time. Mind you she was just sitting doing nothing at the time. Come back an hour later she still sitting doing nothing.
