The hotel is in a great central location with plenty of good food options within easy walking distance. The on-site restaurant was also a real highlight, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On the downside, the surrounding traffic can be quite loud, which may not suit light sleepers. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent — the beds weren’t made daily and we had to follow up for fresh towels and bathroom necessities. Car parking can also be a challenge when the hotel is full, particularly if other guests don’t park considerately. Overall, a good stay for the location and service, but a few operational improvements would make it even better.

We really loved the location and the staff behaviour. We didn’t explore the breakfast/restaurant. The room was too hot on the check in day however the staff managed it by giving us 2 extra table fans without any hesitation. Cleanliness was not excellent and the house keeping but really worth for the price. We would definitely choose again.

The service was superb and I expect ally felt loved and welcomed by the reception staff and what I assumed as the manager? He was very accommodating and my stay was wonderful. My partner especially agrees.
