Nice and Clean Hotel

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean. Great breakfast — one of the best. Fresh fruit, individual bottles of juice, yoghurt, oatmeal packages, good coffee, etc. I found the mattress very soft (maybe time to change it?) and there were no fitted sheets on the bed and they bunch up when you move.

The room was okay. The heat wasn't good, and we didn't like that they didn't clean the room while we were there. The manager and the staff were good. They tried helping in any way they could, but the conditions there were not the best. The only good part is the complimentary breakfast, so you don't have to go out or order breakfast. That's very convenient.

I chose this hotel because it's close to the airport and they have a free shuttle. I was able to grab a few breakfast items at 4:30 am before leaving for my early flight. I was amazed at the complimentary breakfast spread: cereal, bagels, bread, pastries, hard boiled eggs, whole fruit, assorted fresh fruit platter, juices, coffee, tea, granola bars of all kinds, muffins, and more. The hotel is old though. Very basic. No frills. Definitely needs some updating. There's a Keg next door if you need a meal, and a Tim Hortons in the parking lot.

Good location, easy and free parking, close to the airport, shuttle service is very convenient and early breakfast available (430am). I stayed in a business king room which had a separate bedroom. It was a very spacious room with a desk, couch with a gas fire place, fridge and microwave. The hotel is located next to the Tim Hortons.

There were a couple of things, there was water on the floor near the toilet, the alarm clock was broken. We live out of town and stayed there so we could get a good night's sleep for an early flight, there was lots of noise in the hallways. Children running up and down the hallway screaming. Folks be considerate please!
