Room was very clean. Staff were great.

The property is very spread out and although the parking area is large, there's apparently only limited places to park. The stairs up to our room are in need of maintenance and neither keys worked. Had to get back in the car to drive to the office to get new ones, then only one key worked. The room was nice but overpriced. Breakfast was decent but the egg discs were luke warm andfood ran out quickly. I noticed something on my front windshield, it was a parking ticket stating that my parking pass wasn't visible...funny because the ticket was put right over it. I took pictures and am complaining to the city. There were 4 others that were also ticketed. Ridiculous and unwelcome.

First, I suppose I should list the good. 1. New towels. It's always nice to have new towels. 2. New sheets, covers and duvets. It's also always nice. 3. The bathroom was clean on check-in. another plus always. 4. The desk staff works hard, within their control, to run a nice hotel. I also saw a maintenance staff member respond promptly to a room where the guest could not get their fireplace lit. Now the not so good. 1. The hotel is in the middle of remodel, so, there is a lot of noise. Expedia never mentioned it, and the hotel's own page had a momentary flag flash on the screen, that could be easily missed. 2. To say the hotel is not ADA compliant is a vast understatement as it was made in I expect the early 60s. There are so many things to list but include: a. Narrow hallways . b, No grab bars, c. No peep hole, in the door, d. On the upper deck of the parking structure, there is a dangerously steep stairway and a missing guardrail. 3. The way the hotel is operated by the owner(s) is deplorable. Complaints include: a. Upon arrival, the room was too hot for us. This hotel has never had air conditioning installed. b. The rooms are NOT made up daily, when we asked about it, we were told, the rooms are only cleaned after the third day, because of covid. we had to get new towels from the desk. There is no breakfast served also because of covid.

GREAT location without a doubt! 3 floors with an elevator. VERY close to the beach. However, the office closes at 8 pm so if one is going to arrive after that, better notify them ahead of time. Also, there basically is NO breakfast. There is a Keurig coffee maker and 1/4 size mini muffins with nowhere to sit. Unfortunatly the hot water coming out of the shower/tub combo was trickling out, cold water had great pressure. Sink had great hot/cold water pressure. Other than the "breakfast" and hot water pressure, the place would of been 5/5 star. BIG room with Fridge, generic coffee maker with pods, microwave. They had 2 very comfy recliner chairs to watch TV in with a seperate swivel office chair next to a table.

I had a wonderful two days, staying at the Inn. My only regret was not having a room with a better view of the ocean .. one could see it over power lines, but my room in the northern building just could afford a slight vista. I shall definitely return!
