Had to wait for someone to get to front desk for some time. He was nice enough once he got there. The night person not so great. Went down to see if a vending machine and no. I asked if there was aomewjere to get water. He said yes right here. Hands me two bottles regular size. I said are they free he says no $10. For 2 reg size warm waters. Girl in morning says no they are $2.25. Still too much but we had a very thirsty night cause I was not paying that. Otherwise it is down town. It is my home town so I knew what to expect.

We got what we paid for although it would have been nice to have a few more options for the continental breakfast. It was bare bones. I had booked in this hotel by accident so that is my problem.

I didn’t like that the staff misunderstood another guest and opened my hotel room at night to let another guest into my room. Thankfully I was there and had the safety latch on, as they physically had the door opened, and of course demagnetized my keys in the process. There was a simple sorry, and some excuses but I hope that no other guest ever has to experience this again. Not even a call or explanation from the manager, so there’s no assurance that this won’t happen again.

Great place for a visit to Pbo!

We had a one day visit with family in Peterborough and this hotel worked out great. Location was very convenient for walking to the river or to any of the many restaurants and patios in the area. The room was spacious and clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful.
