The property was very clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. The rooms were cool, as it was very hot outside and the air conditioner was quiet. The pool was heated and very enjoyable. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and thorough. It was a great stay for the price and we will definitely return when we are in the Peterborough area.

It's too bad the bathroom smelt like urine

Room 210-The bathroom smelt like urine it was disgusting. They need to use peroxide on the floor around the toilet, leave it for 5-10 mins then clean it up. It's too bad it wouldnt have been that bad but a smelly bathroom is all I remember now...

Very disappointed and don't recommend

Extensive water damage on ceiling above bed closest to bathroom. See photos. A fair number of noisy guest which was not addressed consistently by hotel staff. Breakfast area being cleaned while guest were still eating plus not many tables and "hot" foods such as eggs, sausage, were cold both mornings. Only 2 accessible parking spaces which meant even motorbikes can park closer than a vehicle with an accessible permit. Housekeeping knocking on doors loudly well before checkout time, even with sign on doors to indicate Housekeeping not required, this happened both mornings. We have stayed at this location in the past and been very happy with our stay. Things have changed at this Super 8 location and not for the better. Wont ever come to Peterborough Super 8 again.

Nice pool area with a warm pool. Our room smelled of old smoke and there was whitish dry scum on the bathroom counter and at top of sink. Breakfast was running out of food and the breakfast attendant disappeared for a period of time to replenish items. Would not recommend staying here.

Terrible.

Very loud and busy. Terrible service, there were no pool towels when we used the pool, I advised the front desk, they said they would get to it when they could and when we left about 45 minutes later they still hadn’t came with towels. Also, the breakfast kept running out of things. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and overall it was just not a good hotel.

We stayed one night on our way to our next destination. I had ordered a King Accessible room and was very pleased with the room and it amenities. The room was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was fully accessible and well laid out. Breakfast choices were good and the eating area was clean.

For $220 for one night I would definitely stay elsewhere. This was MAYBE at best $120 per night stay. The rooms are very very very dated and the walls have to be super thin as you could hear everything. The pool floor was nasty. Would never spend that amount again at this property…if you can stay for $150 or less fine…but anything more would not be worth it.
