The Azura was exactly what we were looking for on our anniversary weekend. It was quiet, there was never a wait for food, drinks, towels, call for taxi, etc. The location is amazing - it is located right between Elbow Beach and Horseshoe Bay, so the beach and the water were spectacular. The view from our room was amazing. The room itself was large, clean, and made up twice daily. Every person who worked at the resort went above and beyond. I definitely recommend.

The Azura was the perfect place to stay for a quiet vacation. The location was not necessarily walkable to much but getting Transporation to get anywhere was easy with the assistance of the staff. I wish there were more dining options but what was offered was delightful. My only concern was around an issue with one of the bathrooms in our room. Upon reporting issue, they sent someone to check while we were out and upon returning, we found that the water had been shut off and we could not use for the duration of the trip. While they did offer us some compensation, I would've liked some notification, update, etc. rather than just returning back to resort late at night to find out water was shut off. Just minor inconveniences. All in all, this was a beautiful resort & the experience was amazing. Will most certainly return.

A Beautiful Stay at Azura Azura is a stunning hotel set on a breathtaking property. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always eager to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. The views from our room were absolutely spectacular — a true highlight. One note for future guests: while the private beach and infinity pool are well worth the visit, they’re located at the bottom of a very long and steep staircase. For those with mobility or accessibility concerns, this could be a challenge. If stairs are an issue, you may want to consider alternative accommodations.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The roomis marvelous with a spectacular view and a jacuzzi. It is like staying in a condo with a full kitchen equipped with all the amenities. It is new, clean, tidy, and contemporary. All the pools have great views. It is definitely a luxury hotel.

Absolutely stunning views of the truly aquamarine-colored water, tan and pink sand, and blue skies from the room as well as from the entire campus. Amazingly friendly and warm and attentive staff. Great beach access for swimming and even snorkeling. Room could use blackout shades to help us not wake up at the earliest sunrise. Bar drinks were a little small and a little expensive. The Surf Terrace menu's burger was fantastically juicy and ample while the charcuterie plate's meats were skimpy. Easy to hop on public busses to go anywhere on the island. A few different off-campus great restaurants were accessible by walking or short bus trips - Lost In The Triangle; Paraquet; and Ice Queen.

I loved having multiple pools around the property, with amazing views in every direction. Even a breathtaking view from the fitness center. My favorite part was being able to swim laps in the pool by the ocean. Snorkeling right off the beach was a bonus, being able to enjoy the ocean in the pool, even during high tide was a plus. We could always get a chair by any pool area and the hotel did not seem crowded. The moon shining on the water every night was beautiful. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, because we could easily get to either the beaches or Hamilton to change buses to another location. We appreciated having a coffee maker, fridge, sink, and dishes so we could prepare most of our own meals and eat on our balcony. The island is very expensive, and we chose to spend our money on this fabulous hotel. We were able to buy groceries to make our stay more affordable and flexible. I do wish someone had been more realistic with us about the bus system. We bought unlimited bus passes but didn't get to use them enough. When buses were full with cruise passengers, they often didn't stop for us, and when we were out later in the day, some buses only came once an hour. When the schedules and connections worked easily, it was so easy to get around and the bus drivers were so helpful in not only telling us when we arrived at our stop, but gave us helpful tips before we got off the bus.

The staff were exceptional and always did there best but the facility was a death trap for anyone over 55. Stair pitch and access to rooms too steep. Access to the small beach area impossible for seniors. A Glass toilet door with ( No Privacy ) what idiot thought this was a smart design. Tile throughout the facility and especially the bathroom areas ( was very slippery if wet ) NO shower mat to prevent falls and low grade non-functional furnishings in room. Totally impracticable for guests paying $945 per night. This property is a money machine Timeshare rental property and not a Hotel. Food was excellent ,sadly too expensive and limited choice. EXAMPLE ( Could not order a piece of toast ) you had to order a $30+ breakfast that included a piece of toast. I have been an international Business traveler for 44 years, flown 12 million miles, stayed in the best hotels and dined in the worlds best restaurants and this was the first time I have been financially conned thinking I was staying at a hotel.The cost and fees of staying in this timeshare property are outrageous and not a good value proposition. I have visited Bermuda 10 times with my family and sadly to say will never visit again nor use Expedia for any travel arrangements ever again, nor recommend them to collegues.We were celebrating my wife's survival of a second Cancer operation and the 7 days we spent at the AZURA Timeshare were hell for us and a huge bitter disappointment. Sorry but I have to be honest.
