This was my first time staying at the hotel and i absolutely loved it. The staff was top tier! The music in the lobby and elevator was so refreshing! The breakfast and free alcohol happy hours drinks was a nice touch. I will stay here every year!

Fantastic Stay at Embassy Suites by Hyatt! I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hyatt, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The spacious suites provided the perfect blend of comfort and functionality, making it feel like a home away from home. The complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options for everyone. Thi was a great choice. My only complaints were that we didn’t have shampoo in the shower when we came. We called the front desk and had to call them probably 3 times before we could ever get any. My husband eventually just took some off a cart. Don’t like to do that but what are ya gonna do? Other than that the staff was good. They helped us get back our shoes that got left at the pool and they brought up extra pillows for the kids. I think the shampoo thing was just one of those little mistakes that somehow keeps getting lost in the mix for whatever reason. I would stay here again. My other complaint was just how crowded breakfast was. But that’s what you get in a large city like DC so it has nothing to do with the job they did. Just keep it in mind, you’ll wait a while in line for your omelet, but the food was really good.
