The front desk people were rude. The shower took 20 minutes to get warm at 10PM and never did at 8AM. There are no coffee makers in the rooms. And the breakfast at the restaurant was overpriced and sub par. The bartender was hilarious, and super enthusiastic about the city. Overall, disappointing experience.
