Front desk staff was friendly and helpful in getting a reduced rate. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Would definitely stay there again if I was back in the area.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The moment I walked into the room, it smelled heavily like cigarette smoke. The entire place felt dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the bathroom — completely unacceptable. I felt so uncomfortable and disgusted that I couldn’t even stay the night. I had to leave immediately. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I couldn’t get a refund because more than an hour had passed since check-in, even though I had only stepped out briefly to get food. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else

Avoid at all cost, not safe. Left a night earlier, could not tolerate staying there. Got there and people drinking in the parking lot, smell of weed in lobby. Carpets are nasty, place has not seen a vacuum in years, celling tiles falling apart, room floors sticky and rusted shower. Again! Avoid!

The room was okay. Reasonably clean. Check in took a long time due to front desk clerks poor English skills . We had to have our room key reprogrammed daily because it stopped working. Compared to other similar properties the breakfast was poor. The toaster and microwave kept tripping the circuit breakers. Needs improvement.

Very clean and comfortable great location

Grotesque dirtiness all over the room. Oily fingerprints on the headboard from whomever was sleeping/copulating in the bed. Stains on couch, brown stains all over other furniture that look like wiped off poop - I got videos of EVERYTHING! Bed sheets looked like they were already slept on wrinkled and dirty. And on top of it someone from the hotel walked into the room twice even though a DO NOT DISTURB sign was hanging on the door. Tacky attitude ridden staff on top of that - and lots of property damage through out the corridors/elevator. Good location but otherwise JUST GROSS!
