A lot of traffic in the area, some channels from the television are not working properly. For example, the sales channel Shop NBC owned by Rockefeller for buying an Invicta Swiss made watch that it went up the 100 hundred floors of the Empire Estate of New York bought the high rise long time ago for the amount of $20 dollars paid with the Citi Bank Diamond preferred MasterCard credit card it is repetitive like 5 times in 6 different channels. Every thing else it is alright.

I rate my stay a two star because the prices were reasonable (cheap) and the customer service was ok, I was issued a refund of 30 for my troubles.. what I didn’t like about my trip? Coming into my room it smelt like wet moldy carpet ; the room was hot, the shower was torture because it had freezing water no hot water, the elevator smelt like urine, outside of the elevator was a trash can with a box full of trash next to it that was there the whole trip, the room keys weren’t working, the bathroom lights weren’t working sometimes: and last but not least there was no kitchen to get breakfast. Overall I wasn’t happy with my stay and I wouldn’t recommend.

The room was okay. The carpet is very dirty. There were spill stains on the dressers, elevator gets stuck. The hallways smell horrid. The front desk isn’t very professional. Not a single word about costs or anything. Just charges you and lets you go on your own. The maintenance guy, knocked while I was in the shower and then I quickly got out to see who it was and I saw him with a BIG key trying to open my door. Mind you he knew the room was occupied. Checkout isn’t til 11am. It was 9:30. I expect my $100 fee to be added back to my account.

The bathrooms could use a touch up, the light didnt work all the time and it has no circulation so it gets very muggy and mildewed in the room after a shower. And the keys frequently stop working when you leave the premises. Other than that this was good for me. My second time staying here. More than likely when i visit again ill come back to this place.

Had a lovely stay while in town for a concert. Convenient to the iThink Amphitheatre, as it's a relatively easy drive to/from. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. Will definitely return if I'm back in the area.

The carpets in common areas and especially in the room needs to be shampooed.& the a/c ducts needs to clean. The back / side door from the parking area nothing to desired, just too ghetto people hanging out smoking and sitting around, looks like a street corner or streets with junkies. That entrance area need a better way life not because it’s the cheapest, but because it’s at a very good location. And it’s also a conference center not a motel!!!!!

It looks like a double building high rise like Willis towers in Chicago, or for a higher power the Khalifa in Dubai and even better could be like the Cadillac Westin tower hotel in Detroit.

Our check in experience was very nice.. most hotel employee staff were very nice! Housekeeping banging on your door at 9am when you don’t have to be out til 11am was ridiculous and uncalled for, plus we asked for 2 new towels and we’re keeping 2 others.. they removed all the towels and left 2, no hand towels and didn’t replenish toilet paper after we asked for another roll. Shower area looked like it was under construction that never got finished, we had a balcony room that the handle was removed so you couldn’t open the door! AC unit would turn off on its own and wasn’t even chilly, all while it’s 92 degrees outside.
